As an Account Manager at Full Comms, I take the lead in managing large-scale, multi-market marketing campaigns for some of the world’s most recognisable automotive brands, including McLaren, Ford, Honda, and Toyota. My role is to act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and with maximum impact.

From the moment a brief lands, I constructively challenge where necessary, working closely with clients to refine their objectives and ensure their marketing investments deliver real value. My ability to balance client expectations with creative and strategic execution has helped drive successful campaigns across 15 international markets.

My role involves end-to-end project management, ensuring the seamless delivery of:
- Web banners and digital display ads
- Quarterly communication booklets
- Email marketing campaigns tailored for diverse audiences
- Localised content, managing multi-language translations for international reach

I work closely with internal creative teams, media planners, and production specialists to ensure every campaign aligns with brand objectives and market demands. At the same time, I coordinate translation workflows to maintain consistency across global markets, guaranteeing that messaging resonates effectively with local audiences.

In my role, I also optimise workflows, solve problems, and proactively push campaigns to perform at their best. Whether it’s negotiating realistic timelines, fine-tuning creative execution, or ensuring seamless delivery across multiple channels, my strategic oversight ensures that every campaign runs efficiently and effectively.

With a deep understanding of project management within a fast-paced agency environment, I bring structure, clarity, and results-driven thinking to every campaign. By balancing creative ambition with commercial goals, I help major automotive brands maintain a strong, engaging, and consistent presence across multiple markets.
